B Corp

B Corp certification is awarded by B Lab to businesses meeting rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. A B Corp-certified hotel has been assessed across its entire business operations, not just its environmental practices.

Carbon Neutral and Net Zero

Properties holding Carbon Neutral or Net Zero Carbon certification have verified their carbon emissions, reduced them where possible, and offset the remainder through accredited schemes.

ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is the international standard for environmental management systems. It requires a systematic approach to managing environmental impacts, with regular auditing and continuous improvement.

LEED

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification recognises buildings designed and operated for sustainability, resource efficiency, and occupant health. LEED Gold is an advanced tier.
